Problem

Feeling exhuasted at the end of the day, but the brain is still too active to fall asleep.

Finally have some free time before bedtime to unwind with your phone, but struggle to put it down.

Can’t get enough sleep and feel more tired and stressed during the day.

How might we discourage smartphone use before bedtime to enhance sleep quality, reduce mental stress, and elevate overall mood?

Many existing products designed to relieve stress utilize physical therapies like sound and light. However, a significant limitation is their lack of interactive engagement with the user, which can diminish their effectiveness in reducing stress.

Existing Solutions

Design a non-digital device that replaces smartphones, utilizing sound, light, and vibration waves to relax users before bedtime.
